Spatial Reasoning Training Plan for IQ Test Performance
Spatial sections are trainable. The key is structured practice on three micro-skills: rotation, symmetry detection, and mental slicing/folding.
20-Minute Daily Routine
Block A (7 min): rotation drills. Block B (7 min): symmetry and mirror checks. Block C (6 min): quick mixed review under timer. Track error type after each session.
This routine is short enough to be sustainable and long enough to create measurable gains over 2-3 weeks.
Progress metric: target fewer wrong answers caused by orientation confusion.
Weekly Checkpoint System
At the end of each week, run one timed mixed test and compare your spatial accuracy and decision speed to last week.
If accuracy stalls, reduce speed for two sessions and rebuild precision, then return to timed mode.
Measure your spatial progress today
Take the NeuroLens IQ challenge and compare your spatial subscore in the report.
